What this pays

You pick your price. Rosterhall keeps 20 percent of it and the rest is yours. That is the whole deal, so here is what it looks like in real numbers.

Say you charge $25 an hour, which is about the middle of the road.

Straight talk on those numbers: that is the math, not a forecast. You get paid when people actually book you, and Rosterhall is brand new, so nobody here has a track record yet, us included. What we can promise is that the split never changes on you and your price is always yours to set.

How it works

Four steps, and you control three of them.

Put up a profile

Your games, your ranks, the hours you are around, and the price you want. Your price is your call and we do not cap it.

People book you

Members pick a time off your calendar and pay up front. You see who, what game, and how long before you say yes.

You play

Hop in voice on the Rosterhall server at the booked time. Ranked, squad fill, customs, coaching, whatever they booked.

You get paid

Every session pays out through the platform. No chasing anyone for money, no awkward conversations about it.

What you need

  • You are good at something. One game is plenty
  • A PC or a current console
  • Internet that does not drop
  • A mic people can actually hear
  • Discord
  • You show up when you said you would

Your call, always

  • No minimum hours and no shifts
  • Turn down any booking, no reason needed
  • Play on other platforms too, we do not care
  • Change your rate whenever you want
  • Take a week off and nothing happens

Good to know

  • This is gaming. Not dating, not company, not adult anything.
  • Everything stays on the platform. Keep your number, your socials, and your address to yourself.
  • You never meet anyone in person.
  • You have to be 18.

If somebody pushes on any of that, end the session and tell us. You keep the money and nothing happens to your profile. We would rather lose the member than lose you.
